Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in beauty and Laser Services and will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of client care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Treatment Delivery: Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including laser services, skincare treatments, peel procedures, facials, body conturing treatments ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
* Documentation: Accurately document patient notes before and after procedures, detailing treatment plans, outcomes, and any reactions or concerns.
* Client Communication: Follow up on any client concerns or complaints, ensuring effective communication with the Practice Manager to address issues promptly and professionally.
* Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments, explaining procedures and expected outcomes clearly. Expectations of skin anatomy and physiology and familiar with the Fitzpatrick scale- to be conducted during consultations if relevant for the procedure.
* Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure all equipment is maintained and in proper working order, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest beauty products and treatments, providing clients with knowledgeable recommendations and advice.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment, participating in training and development opportunities as required.
Essential Skills:
* Diploma in Beauty and Laser Services.
* Strong knowledge of beauty therapy techniques and laser treatments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Attention to detail and high standards for hygiene and safety practices.
* Ability to document and manage patient records accurately.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively.
* Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for beauty and wellness. - reaching the Clinic goals and targets- KPI's - work closely with other team members and the clinical practice manager- communication is highly regarded at all times.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
