We are a small, family-run electrical business based in North Mackay, looking for a reliable and experienced Office Manager / All-Rounder to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the backbone of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We provide a range of services including general electrical work, automatic door installations and servicing, as well as test & tag and ongoing maintenance solutions. As a close-knit team, we value reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day office operations
* Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records using Xero (essential)
* Preparing and reviewing Profit & Loss reports
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating technicians using AroFlo
* Raising and managing purchase orders (POs)
* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies as needed
* General administration and office support
About You
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar all-rounder role
* Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
* Experience using AroFlo (or similar job management software) highly regarded
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
