In this critical role, you will be key to the efficient and protected running of our terminal operations. Your focus will be on the manual, technical, and logistical execution of bulk materials management, including:
- Performing the operational duties required for a busy bulk storage and distribution facility.
- Conducting regular site duties, operational checks, and basic maintenance to ensure all facility systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining a high standard of facility hygiene and cleaning duties to meet regulatory requirements.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proven professional with experience in an industrial plant or large-scale facility environment:
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer or terminal operator in an industrial setting.
- Mandatory experience working with grain, liquids, or bulk storage/handling in a facility setting is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of and strong commitment to workplace health and safety within an operational environment.
- Experience with terminal operations, material handling procedures, and systems.
- The ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues and work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- A solid work ethic and a can-do attitude are essential. Relevant certifications are a plus, but we encourage all experienced candidates to apply.
