ABOUT THE ROLEResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare testing documentation, including test strategies, plans, conditions, and cases, adhering to the Client System Delivery Methodology (SDM). Execute testing across various System Readiness test phases: Systems Test, Systems Integration Test, Stress, Volume and Performance testing (SVP), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage defect resolution and release processes, including raising and monitoring defects. Generate comprehensive testing reports and statistics as required. Participate in formal reviews of key project artifacts (e.g., business and functional requirements) and conduct peer reviews of testing documentation. Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships within the agency, and, when necessary, lead or manage work teams. Qualifications and ExperienceA tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desirable. Demonstrated experience in IT testing, encompassing the use of testing management products and test automation. Proven ability to thrive in an Agile (Scrum) project environment. Desirable knowledge of, or the capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of, Client systems and underlying technologies (e.g., Java, Siebel / Oracle Fusion, ESB, PeopleSoft, Datawarehouse/Datalake). Desirable knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, Microsoft SharePoint and MS Dynamics CRM application testing. End-to-end functional test automation experience. Solid commercial IT experience with at least 2-5 years in application software testing, particularly involving complex animated controls for MS dynamics and HTML5 constructs, utilizing the following tools: Selenium engine with C# MS Team Foundation Server/DevOps Microsoft Visual Studio JMeter ReadyAPIProficiency with MS DevOps test management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and effectively present complex information to diverse audiences. Superior analytical abilities to simplify complex issues and propose effective solutions. Demonstrated success collaborating within project teams in fast-paced program environments.
