We are looking for engaged and proactive lifeguards to oversee the seasonal operation of our outdoor pools. Our outdoor pool season will last until the 31st of March

About the RoleDarebin is committed to supporting our community to be safe around water. In this position you will oversee the aquatic environment and ensure there is a high regard for risk mitigation and safety. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the wellbeing of our patrons, and an ability to remain vigilant in a repetitive work environment.
* Provide patrons advice and guidance on safe use of the facility
* Display an alert, attentive and professional manner at all times
* Respond and deal appropriately with conflict and complaints
* This role will require regular work outdoors
Skills & Experience
* Current Pool Lifeguard and CPR qualification
* Current First Aid certificate
* Current Working with Children Check
* Previous industry experience desired
