**About the Role**: In this role, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to assist in various aspects of patient care related to sleep testing and CPAP therapy. Your main duties will involve conducting sleep testing (during the day), educating patients about CPAP therapy, supporting them as they begin their treatment, and helping them feel comfortable and confident with their equipment. You'll also learn about CPAP products and sleep apnoea, and assisting in product sales within the clinic. We'll provide all the necessary training, so no prior experience is required—just a genuine desire to support others and a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with sleep testing and CPAP therapy initiation, under the supervision of the RN.
- Assist in providing patient education on CPAP therapy, ensuring they understand how to use and maintain their equipment.
- Support RNs in monitoring and tracking patient progress with their CPAP therapy.
- Use phones and computers to communicate with patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient information.
- Work with the team to provide ongoing support to DVA clients, including assisting with home visits to ensure they are progressing well with their therapy.
- Collaborate effectively with the RN and the rest of the team to deliver the highest standard of care.

**Job Types**: Full time, Part-time
Pay: $25.51 - $32.90 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
