The company are a big partner with of some of the top brands in the world, including Hasbro, Disney, Marvel, Lucas Film, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, PlayStation, Nintendo, Nickelodeon, HBO, PlayStation, Turner, AFL, NRL, Liverpool, FC Barcelona among many other brands to create amazing pop culture, sport, and entertainment versions of these classic games.
They and now looking for a hungry, driven and passionate star candidate, with a sales background to join their growing team.
This is a driven and go-getter team, who want someone who will be a great fit for such an environment - who is willing to go the extra yard and have a bit of a laugh whilst doing so.
At the retail level, the company is already present across a wide range or retail channels across ANZ, and the potential for development is significant.
POSITION
To support growth within the business; the future Account Executive will report to Head of Retail and will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and to implement dynamic sales and marketing plans
* Facilitate communication with customers and build long term relationships to achieve strategic business goals
* Meeting and exceeding set retail sales targets
* Investigate and engage new business opportunities
* Work closely with senior management team to ensure company strategies and goals are being adhered to and met
Responsibilities and duties:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* To build on existing strong relationships with major and specialist retail customers and maximise the full sales potential within each account:
* Regular communication & Business Review Meetings to assess opportunities for additional sales, with follow ups in a timely manner
* Investigate, manage and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
* Monitor incoming orders for assigned accounts and ensuring that these are fulfilled in a timely manner.
* Managing and providing strong analysis and reporting that contribute to the development strategy of business growth
* Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers
* Ensure major customer product presentations and performance reviews are prepared well in advance, in an accurate and professional manner that enhances the products
* Work with internal teams to maximise all marketing / launch events
* Identify, develop and implement new business opportunities and strategic business partnerships.
* Collect and analyse sales data on market trends
* Work with management to provide regular updates on sales, operations and plans for clearing discontinued products
* Forecasting yearly sales targets by month, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth with support of manager.
* Manage and maintain internal relationships with key staff including Product Development, Marketing and Finance.
Candidate experience and skill set requirements:
* Sales and negotiation experience with creativity in leveraging to get newer products into market.
* 2+ years in the sales industry with managing buyers/retail clients preferred
* Highly personable and commercially astute.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and ability to perform autonomously.
* Organised individual with the ability to juggle several different projects
* Flexible, with the ability to adjust to changing business needs and willingness to learn.
* Team player with a supportive attitude who is hardworking, driven, and passionate.
* A highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment
