Experienced HR Administrator is required for a large mining group based in Perth's Eastern Suburbs.
A great short-term opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to support a busy HR team with data cleansing, documentation updates, and general HR administration. This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and ideal for someone who wishes to further consolidate their human resources skills whilst enjoying structured, process-driven work.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Audit, update, and maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Standardise contracts, letters, policies, and forms
* Update HRIS data and assist with data reconciliation
* Prepare contracts and HR correspondence
* Support onboarding/offboarding and probation tracking
* Respond to basic HR queries and assist with payroll inputs
* Provide admin support for audits and internal reviews
You will be an experienced HR Administrator with strong transactional and HR coordination skills, including raising employment contracts, dealing with employee queries and supporting a wider HR team. You will possess attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a strong work ethic. Prior knowledge of working with HRIS systems is essential and confident verbal and written communication skills, multitasking and working to deadlines.
This position will commence immediately on the basis of a three-month temporary contract and with a possible view to further extension or permanence.
Based in Perth's eastern suburbs, the role will be office-based.
