Role Summary
As a Rostering Coordinator in our Operational Support Centre (OSC) team, you'll play a key role in optimising rosters across our contracts, ensuring our teams are well-supported and operations run smoothly. This role requires flexibility as it includes rotating shift hours from 7:00am to 10:36pm, seven days a week. You'll be the first point of contact for our Workforce Management system users and work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive real‐time decisions and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Workforce management – 60%: manage staff allocation and roster changes across multiple sites, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
* Performance analysis – 20%: analyse staffing data to identify trends and improve workforce performance.
* Triaging phone queries – 20%: resolve queries related to systems and central support.
* Backfilling vacancies and training team members on workforce management tools.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends and improve performance.
* Building strong internal relationships with teams across the OSC and beyond.
Ideal Skills & Experience
* Experience in workforce management or roster coordination (desirable).
* Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make real‐time, data‐informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
