Own operations by ensuring everything runs like clockwork - from compliance and standards to inventory accuracy and stock flow.
Champion compliance & excellence through strong auditing practices, risk management and local store marketing initiatives.

Highly organised and commercially savvy with the ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions fast.
Comfortable juggling team development, store operations and customer needs without missing a beat.

A proactive, positive problem solver who works well autonomously and brings contagious energy to the team.
Your experience Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or customer service, ideally 2+ years.
A passion for people development, coaching and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of compliance and auditing, ideally in a regulated or transactional environment.
A hands on approach and confidence to work independently when needed.
A team first attitude with a commitment to building strong internal and external relationships.
