Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautifully modern & homely Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Biggera Waters, Gold Coast. This is a medium/large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Residential Manager, a second CM, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff. The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys. The role itself will offer solid career development and progression opportunities if desired, where you will have ongoing training and progression routes to Facility Management, Quality Management, Clinical Educator and more.

Role Requirements
* Full time Australian working rights
* AHPRA Registration
* 2+ years Aged Care Clinical Leadership experience
* Highly developed leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
