Lead Mechanical Crews and Ensure Safety Compliance
We are seeking skilled mechanical supervisors to coordinate shutdown and turnaround operations. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the execution of planned maintenance and repairs on critical plant equipment.
Job Details:
* 12-hour shifts
* Meals and accommodation provided

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade qualification
* Supervisory qualification
* Police clearance (within 12 months)
* Working at heights
* Confined spaces
* Gas test atmosphere
* Basic fire - advantageous
* White card
* High risk license - advantageous
* Working rights
* Proven experience in mechanical supervision during shutdowns
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and work packs
