We're looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Regional Manager to lead operations across a portfolio of blue‐chip clients in Victoria. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving profitability, strengthening client relationships, and delivering high‐quality workforce and recruitment solutions across multiple regions.

What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and large client portfolios
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, commerce, management - or a trade background with further study in finance, HR, marketing, BD, or business administration
* Strong experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or contract‐driven environments
* Solid grounding in finance, HSE, HR, and operational support functions
* Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* A track record of building strong client relationships in commercially stringent environments
* A proactive, growth‐focused mindset with the ability to win new work
* The confidence to lead in a fast‐paced, high‐performance environment
