Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking candidates who have a passion for driving business transformation through the implementation of IT systems and improvements to processes. To succeed in this role, you will have strong all-round BA skills (minimum - years' experience in a corporate IT team), exposure to systems testing, and be able to build a great rapport with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements
5. Develop top level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems
6. Develop test plans and test cases, execute tests and log issues
7. Ensure adherence to the National IT standards
8. Where required, model business processes and facilitate their re-design by users
9. Lead and undertake the formal requirements analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
Requirements
10. Experience working in a comparable business analyst role
11. Experience with business process design and notation tools such as BPMN or UML
12. Good working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel and Visio
13. Experience of working in a large IT department, ideally within professional services or a law firm environment
14. Experience with IT systems testing
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
