Peninsula Co-op is seeking a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
for our
Six Mile Liquor Store
, located at
498 Island Highway, Victoria BC, V9B1H5
. This is a permanent, part time role offering 24 - 30 hours per week. Availability for midday and closing shifts throughout the week, including weekends, is preferred. Applicants must be 19+ years of age.
We are a people-first business, focused on our customer and member needs. We want a like-minded individual to join our dedicated team who:
Enjoys creating positive customer experiences and goes above and beyond in service delivery
Has at least 1 year of experience in the liquor industry and 2+ years in customer-facing roles
Has strong cash handling skills and the ability to process transactions efficiently
Is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and comfortable recommending products
Values safety, integrity, and teamwork, and is a role model for colleagues and customers
Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling products up to 50 lb
Is able to successfully pass a criminal record check
Has a current Serving It Right certificate (required in advance of starting)
What you'll be doing
Work with a great team and wonderful customers to stock the store, process till transactions, and ensure our customers and members are cared for while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Starting wage:
$18.81
