The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support our national store network of 400+ locations. Reporting to the Group Head of Retail Operations, this role is central to keeping our stores running smoothly, supporting systems, communications, reporting and supplier coordination across the business. This is a fast paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
This is a fixed term position, ending in March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day to day operations across the retail store network
* Manage user access, onboarding and system updates (Retail Directions, World Manager)
* Coordinate and maintain store communications and key data systems
* Provide system support and troubleshoot operational issues for store teams
* Process and manage high volume supplier and utility invoices
* Liaise with suppliers and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments
* Prepare and maintain reporting across POS, retail controls and operations
* Maintain store data, contact lists and operational documentation
* Assist with process improvements, documentation and training materials
About You
You're someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves solving problems and enjoys supporting teams on the ground.
You'll bring
* Experience in administration or retail operations
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
* Confidence working with systems, data and reporting

* Retail experience or exposure to store environments
* Experience with POS systems or operational platforms
