As a seasoned operations professional, you will lead the day-to-day activities of our water treatment services, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Operational oversight and strategic planning for site remedial works
* Financial forecasting and profit & loss management
* Staff workload planning and effective management
* Presentation delivery to new and potential clients
* Client account management and retention
* New business lead generation and opportunity development
* Achieving targets and goals
* Representing the company with professionalism at all times
* Quote and tender preparation
* Building strong relationships with clients at all levels
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in plumbing, operations, commercial management, accounting, and sales
* Previous managerial or director-level experience within the water treatment/water hygiene industry
* An excellent working knowledge of the water treatment/legionella industry and relevant legislation
* Certification in City & Guilds or equivalent plumbing qualifications
* Excellent communication, management, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
