About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cladding Installer to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of
cladding systems across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout Victoria. Whether you are an experienced tradesperson or have built your skills through related construction work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Install a variety of cladding systems including fibre cement, composite, timber and metal cladding panels to manufacturer specifications
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Prepare surfaces and substrates for cladding installation, including framing, furring, and waterproofing where required
• Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials accurately to achieve a high-quality finish
• Work safely at heights and in varied site conditions, following all WHS procedures
• Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines
• Carry out site clean-up and waste management as required
• Travel to project sites across Victoria as directed, including regional locations
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in cladding installation, or a strong background in a closely related trade (e.g. carpentry, facade work, commercial construction)
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine commitment to quality and doing the job right first time
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Victoria, including overnight stays on an ongoing basis.
• Current White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Valid Australian driver's licence
Desirable (but not essential):
• Experience with specific cladding systems such as Biowood, James Hardie, or similar
• Working at Heights certification
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence
• First Aid Certificate
