The Role
We're seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team, reporting to the Estimating & Scheduling Manager. You'll play a vital role in quantifying all materials and labour needed to build each home, across a variety of projects including single-storey and multi-unit developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately quantify and order materials and labour for various build types
* Collaborate with Site Managers and suppliers to resolve queries
* Manage variations and verify "Extra to Order" invoices
* Proof and check all scheduling work for accuracy
* Raise purchase orders and distribute to relevant parties
* Interpret contract documents, plans, and applicable legislation and standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential construction scheduling or related field
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
* Strong understanding of construction methods
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Initiative, enthusiasm to learn, and a helpful, team-oriented attitude
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
* Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
