MDive Solutions is diving deep into exciting new projects, and we're on the hunt for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marine & Dive Technician to keep our gear (and our divers) in top shape.
If you are a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced marine environment – this is your chance to join a tight-knit crew where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing:
* Inspecting, servicing, and maintaining a range of commercial diving equipment – think helmets, compressors, cylinders, decompression chambers, and more.
* Assisting with dive setup and logistics for commercial diving and marine projects.
* Troubleshooting and repairing gear to keep operations safe and efficient.
* Maintaining meticulous service records in our system and compliance documentation.
* Supporting our dive teams in and out of the water (occasional fieldwork involved).
* Helping keep our vessels in top shape – carry out basic maintenance to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with survey standards.
What we're looking for:
* A strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
* A can-do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty.
* Excellent problem-solving skills – you're the kind of person who fixes things.
* Current driver's licence (MR or HR preferred).
* Diving industry experience or certifications (ADAS, IMCA, HSE) are a big plus – but not essential. (Manufacturers specific training will be provided)
* Must have the right to work in Australia.
