About the Role
As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you will work within your clinical scope to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-focused care. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their healthcare journey and contribute to improved health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting health assessments, completing care plans, and supporting chronic disease management
* Assisting with clinical procedures as required
* Supporting immunisations, wound care, and preventative health initiatives
* Managing patient care in line with best practice and clinical guidelines
* Providing education, support, and follow-up to patients
* Working autonomously within a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements (RN & EN)
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
* Current vaccination and immunisation compliance
* Experience in General Practice, Immunisation, Occupational Health, Chronic Disease Management, or Antenatal Care (highly regarded)
* Ability to multitask and perform confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Intermediate computer skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong commitment to patient-centred care, ethical conduct, and clinical best practice
Additional Scope Expectations
* Registered Nurses (RN): Work at an advanced clinical scope, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide higher-level clinical decision-making.
* Enrolled Nurses (EN): Work under the direction and delegation of Registered Nurses while contributing to care plans, assessments, and daily clinical tasks.
