Who We're Looking For
This is not a desk job. We want a hands-on Team Leader who loves getting on the tools, leading a team and making things happen. If you like rolling up your sleeves, mentoring others and seeing the results of your work every day this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
* Lead from the front while installing split and ducted air conditioning systems.
* Stay hands-on while maintaining quality, safety and excellent customer experience.
* Train and mentor installers and apprentices to grow their skills.
* Assist in planning jobs, workflows and future growth for the team.
* Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Who You Are
* Experienced in air conditioning installation, service or maintenance.
* Loves being on the tools and leading by example.
* Organised, safety minded and proactive.
* Excited about a long term career where you can grow with the business,
