About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to play a central role in shaping both the future product pipeline and global brand execution at Vida Glow.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of innovation strategy, brand management and commercial delivery. You will lead the development of new product opportunities from early concept through to global launch, while also supporting the execution of brand strategy across key categories, channels and retail partners.
Working closely with Innovation Science, Supply Chain, Creative, Digital, Sales and Finance teams, you will translate emerging science, ingredient innovation and consumer insight into commercially successful products and compelling brand experiences that support a wider product architecture that sets the brand up for success across our different global markets.
This role is ideal for a naturally curious marketer who thrives on turning ideas into reality. You enjoy exploring new product opportunities and translating emerging science and consumer insight into commercially successful launches that support Vida Glow's position as a leader in ingestible beauty. You will be equally comfortable shaping early-stage ideation as you are building the structure and cross-functional alignment required to bring innovation to market with clarity, consistency and strong commercial impact globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and management of Vida Glow's innovation roadmap and NPD pipeline, identifying new product opportunities grounded in emerging science, ingredient innovation and consumer insight.
* Partner closely with Scientific, Supply Chain and external partners to brief product concepts, support formulation development and evaluate ingredient feasibility.
* Own and embed a structured Stage Gate innovation process, driving cross-functional governance, timelines and decision-making from concept through to launch.
* Support product architecture and portfolio planning to ensure clarity across categories and evolving consumer needs globally.
* Translate innovation strategy into commercially impactful product launches, working cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, PR and Sales teams.
* Support the execution of annual brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and experiential channels in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Act as brand guardian across product storytelling, retail environments and launch toolkits to ensure consistency and scientific credibility globally.
* Partner with Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to optimise forecasting, launch readiness, out-of-stock risk management and ROI.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years' experience in brand management, innovation or product marketing within FMCG, beauty, wellness or supplements.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience owning or leading NPD locally, from concept development through to market launch.
* Experience working cross-functionally with scientific, product development or technical teams.
* Strong understanding of ingredient trends, emerging science and consumer behaviour within beauty or wellness categories.
* Proven ability to translate consumer and market insights into commercially viable product launches and brand strategies.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Commercial, Supply Chain, Creative and agency partners.
* Experience developing and delivering integrated product launches or multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, retail or experiential channels.
* Strategic, hands-on marketing generalist with a passion for beauty and/or wellness
