What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the cabinetry workshop and guiding the team through custom production
* Reviewing drawings with our drafting team before production begins
* Managing production schedules and coordinating materials and stock
* Working closely with our sales and design teams to bring concepts to life
* Managing multiple projects while maintaining precision and efficiency
* Mentoring apprentices and junior cabinet makers in workshop practices
* Handling purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
* Responding to internal project enquiries and ensuring quality is upheld
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in cabinetry or kitchen manufacturing is essential
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* A confident communicator and team motivator
* Organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven
* Comfortable managing workflows and timelines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and production documentation systems
