Oakfield Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to join our team in the newly refurbished EY department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursery unit within the EY classroom and must have a relevant Early Years qualification.

Responsibilities
* Lead the nursery unit within the EY classroom.
* Deliver planned learning experiences for children aged 3–5, adapting as appropriate and taking account of progress.
* Lead a small team and value positive learning interactions that support all children and boost self-esteem.
* Maintain records of children's progress in a patient, focused, and organized way.
Qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of working with children in the Early Years, including those with special educational needs.
* Sound knowledge of development matters and experience working with children aged 3–5.
* Relevant HLTA status and Early Years qualifications.
