Background Check Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Background Check Coordinator, where you will be responsible for processing eligibility to work and criminal record checks with accuracy and efficiency. You will also manage health & safety modules, provide daily client updates on check statuses, collaborate with account managers to meet client-specific requirements, liaise with the robotics/automation team to manage bot-driven processes, maintain high service standards for internal and external stakeholders, ensure timely responses to queries, and meet SLA commitments.

This role is perfect for those with previous experience in customer service and/or administration, who possess professional phone manner and strong customer service skills, can work independently, take initiative, and perform under pressure. We are looking for individuals with high attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and excellent organisational skills and commitment to quality.
