Key responsibilities include:
* Providing generalist HR advice to support business leaders in delivering strategic goals
* Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions
* Supporting managers through complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliant case management
* Collaborating with local and global HR teams to deliver specialised programs and initiatives
