Are you an exceptional and organised administrator with a passion for providing exceptional support? Calvary, a leading not-for-profit Catholic healthcare organisation, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to join the Executive team in Launceston, Tasmania.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior executives, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring seamless operations within the organisation. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be invaluable assets.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Coordinate and efficiently assist in the management of the office of the General Manager and Director of Clinical Services and undertake administrative tasks under their guidance.
Diary management, organisation and scheduling meetings and other appointments.
Prepare Committee meeting papers and minutes in accordance with Terms of Reference of individual Committees - liaising with external stakeholders as required
**To succeed in this role, you will possess**:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with various office equipment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience in committee secretariat functions including minute taking
