Senior Consultant Leadership Capability

* Full‑time fixed‑term position until 30 June 2027
* Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
* Competitive base salary of $141,900 plus super and benefits

About the role

This role works across the business to design and deliver leadership programmes, coaching and experiences that strengthen leader capability and accelerate the TAC's shift to a high‑performing, constructive culture. As part of the High Performing Leadership Programme you'll help elevate leadership effectiveness and make a lasting impact on our culture.


What we are looking for

* LSI accredited – Accreditation in LSI 1 & 2 and experience in de‑briefing results, coaching and action planning. Coaching accreditation in IECL or similar is desirable.
* Advanced facilitation skills – Essential to engage leaders at all levels, foster meaningful dialogue, deep reflection and apply learning to real‑world leadership challenges.
* Significant experience in managing enterprise‑wide projects and change initiatives in complex environments.
* Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programmes with extensive knowledge of organisation development and culture‑transformation initiatives.
* Advanced communication and consulting skills – Proven ability to communicate across a range of stakeholders, develop communication material and plans, understand stakeholder needs and manage relationships to deliver tailored programmes that meet business needs.


About the team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Capability, this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People Culture and Engagement Division. You will join a collaborative, supportive and outcomes‑focused team who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.

You will be supported by a Manager who promotes a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team culture.
