About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join an expanding aged care and disability service provider based on the Gold Coast. In this community-based role, you will deliver clinical care to clients funded through Home Care Packages, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and the NDIS. You’ll provide client-focused physiotherapy services and conduct comprehensive assessments across a diverse caseload. Using evidence-based practice, you will design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs, ensuring your treatment plans are well-justified and outcome-driven. You’ll also collaborate closely with fellow allied health professionals, care coordinators, and facility managers, while contributing to ongoing education and professional development initiatives.
