Ready to bring your creative vision to life in a role where your ideas truly shape the brand? At Planet Organic, we're looking for a Content Creator who loves storytelling, is confident behind the camera and in the edit suite, and wants to make work that excites, inspires, and converts.
About the Role
* Content Creation: Storyboard, film, and edit high-quality content that excites and engages audiences across primarily Meta & TikTok (YouTube, Pinterest, and our website too).
* Creative Direction: Develop fresh, innovative ideas that align with brand campaigns, product launches, and key sales periods.
* Manage Production: Coordinate shoots, lighting, equipment, and our team to ensure smooth, professional delivery.
* Content Planning: Build monthly content calendars and campaign plans, with clear objectives for trial reels, organic posts, and ad creative.
* Data-Driven Approach: Analyse, test, and refine content styles, hooks, and messaging for maximum impact.
* Studio Work: Utilise our in-house photography studio to capture product and lifestyle content for both organic and paid campaigns.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Film, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in content creation).
* 1+ years in professional content creation or film production.
* Efficient in storyboarding, filming, and editing to a high standard.
* You don't just make videos—you design campaigns that perform, engage & convert.
* Proficient in Premier Pro, CapCut (or similar video editing software) and key social media platforms.
* Experience in the following is preferred but not essential: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Advertising, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Linear TV platforms.
* Understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Instagram content styles and trends.
* Comfortable working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team.
* Your work should radiate excitement and bring our brand personality to life.
* Comfortable being in behind and in front of the camera.
