To kickoff this role will be a hybrid role where you will perform a mix of Team Leader and domestic cleaning duties each day. This will allow you to build a base level of understanding of how we operate as your management responsibilities grow. Initially you will be looking to drive three core initiatives:
- Improved reliability of our service 
- Increased engagement with our team members from a local level 
- Improved utilisation of our team members schedules

**What we are Looking For**:
- Friendly and reliable team members 
- Experience in any of the following; domestic, hotel, strata, commercial cleaning 
- No management experience required but it is great if you have it 
- Your own car and a valid drivers' licence 
- Full-time availability between Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work)
