Powerline Technician Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Powerline Technician. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects across our network, focusing on construction, installation, connection and maintenance of both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) distribution network assets.
This role requires collaboration with colleagues and customers while prioritizing safety in every aspect of the job. A strong understanding of electrical systems and asset management principles is essential for success in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in an electrical trade such as electrical engineering or electronics technology
* Prior experience working with HV/LV powerlines, preferably with a focus on asset management
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing powerline operations
* Excellent communication skills combined with problem-solving abilities
