**About the Role**:
**Duties**:
- Meet and greet customers on arrival
- Administration duties including data entry
- Assist customers
- Library day to day operations
- System support in library programs and activities
**About You**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven recent experience working in public libraries
- Proficient in the use of Library Systems such as One Card and workflows
- Available on call at short notice
- Able to work in a team and be approachable
