The Front-of-House Attendant will work within the Visitor Services team to ensure the effective operations of the Gallery Shop and service counter.
The Front-of-House Attendant will be the first point of call for visitors to the Cultural Centre. Tasks will include processing purchases from the Shop, answering enquiries relating to the Gallery and providing tourism information services; therefore, the successful applicant will be highly skilled in multi-tasking and have exceptional customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have experience working in customer service-focused roles. Together with a friendly and dynamic personality, the Front-of-House Attendant will maintain the highest levels of professionalism. The ability to confidently work with limited supervision in a busy environment is essential.
Remuneration
base salary commencing at $31.01 gross per hour
- 25% casual loading
- 12% superannuation
- performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
- annual award increase
