You will be involved in :
- Planning phase management, including early massing studies and design feasibility
- Coordination between architects and engineers across mid‑to‑large commercial and apartment projects
- Services coordination and clash detection to ensure smooth downstream delivery
- Leading stakeholder engagement, managing consultant relationships, and ensuring design intent aligns with commercial outcomes
