Job Title: Production Optimization Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues
* Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation to support engineering designs and manufacturing processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations
* Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Support engineers and drafting technicians to ensure deliverables are achieved in accordance with business priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools
* Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar and other engineering tools
* Problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills
* Experience in supervising cross-functional teams and projects
* Background in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or similar
