Job Title: IT Change Manager

* Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and business SMEs to synchronize change efforts with technical delivery.
* Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings and govern the presentation, assessment, and approval of change requests.
* Monitor and report on change performance metrics, including success rates, change-related incidents, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in change management and transformational change delivery.
* Ability to think strategically and deliver simultaneous change programs.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
* Strong problem-solving and identifying root cause to address challenges effectively.
* Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively and flexibly with and through others.
Preferred Qualifications:
