Key Responsibilities
Be the skilled face of safety at government service centres
Manage access points, monitor environments and handle incidents calmly
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining authority
De‑escalate situations and assist with emergency procedures
Accurately report and log incidents during your shift
Qualification
Mandatory
✔ QLD Security Licence (Cert II including Crowd Control & Unarmed)
✔ Current First Aid Certificate
✔ Unlimited Working Rights
