Construction Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead the development and implementation of our project's construction management plan. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, with 10 years' experience in construction/engineering projects, preferably with exposure to renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring quality, environmental, and safety procedures are integrated throughout the project lifecycle. They will also oversee the coordination of activities, resolve problems, and manage interfaces between subcontractors and Acciona's team.
As a key member of our team, the Construction Manager will play a critical role in achieving safe completion of the works within schedule and budget. They will also provide ongoing feedback, support, counsel, and encourage feedback from staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the Project Construction Management Plan.
* Manage budgets and forecast costs to ensure accurate profit/loss predictions.
* Ensure quality, environmental, and safety procedures are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate activities and resolve problems as they arise.
* Manage interfaces between subcontractors and Acciona's team.
