**TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence**
To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

**About the role**
This role is responsible for establishing, leading and managing a consistent 'fit for purpose' approach to evaluation activities for the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence.
This role is accountable for ensuring dynamic, iterative evaluation activities as well as formal evaluation and benefits reporting. This includes leading engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate and synthesise a wide range of views and inputs
- A high level of proactivity and willingness to be agile to support the overall outcomes of the team and the Centres of Excellence.
