The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team at Broadbeach. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring our sales agents can focus on what they do best — selling.

Key Responsibilities
 * Manage and coordinate all sales documentation (contracts, disclosures, amendments) with precision and compliance
 * Prepare and maintain property listings, marketing collateral, and campaign materials
 * Assist sales agents daily — scheduling, follow-ups, data input, client communications
 * Keep CRM and internal databases current and clean
 * Liaise with vendors, legal parties, and external stakeholders as required
 * Support the team with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and administrative problem-solving
 * Monitor deadlines, escalate issues, and ensure things progress on schedule

What We're Looking For
 * Experience in real estate administration or a related fast-paced sales support role
 * Strong skills with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management
 * Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and organized mindset
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with team members and clients
 * A "can-do" attitude, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure
 * A desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
