We are seeking a customer service and retail sales professional to join our team at Bupa Optical Grenfell St in a casual capacity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with designer brands like Tom Ford, YSL, Prada, and Gucci, offering exceptional service to customers while delivering sales results.
The ideal candidate will have solid customer service and sales experience, preferably gained from within an optical or high-performing retail store. They will take pride in delivering outstanding service, possess the ability to work towards sales targets, and be passionate about up-to-date trends.
In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated team and supportive leader to achieve sales goals and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with frame selection
* Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of designer brands and products
* Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
About you
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work. You will have a current Working with Children Check (or be able to obtain one) and be available for a flexible roster.
