The role As the Project Manager you will lead and manage projects that shape the future use of government-owned land. You'll oversee development and transaction strategies that unlock value, optimise utilisation, and deliver community benefit. You will work across a variety of complex portfolios, providing expert property advice, conducting feasibility and risk assessments, and engaging closely with government stakeholders, industry consultants, and planning authorities to achieve successful project outcomes.
