About the role
An opportunity exists for a Clinical Social Worker (AHP2) within the CaFHS Country South Team, based in Berri. The role delivers specialist social work services to families with complex needs, working within a multidisciplinary team across regional sites including Torrens House.
Key duties of the role
* Deliver high-quality social work services to families with complex needs
* Provide counselling, advocacy, and referrals to parents and caregivers
* Undertake individual, family, and group interventions to build resilience
* Support women and infants at Torrens House residential program
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and regional stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Degree in Social Work eligible for full AASW membership
* Experience delivering counselling and family-based interventions
* Knowledge of attachment, infant mental health, and brain development
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience supporting families experiencing psychosocial adversity
