Job Description

Join our resort team as Assistant Breakfast Manager and help deliver exceptional morning dining experiences.

- Support the Breakfast Manager in the daily operation of the buffet breakfast and Bar Capri à la carte service
- Ensure seamless set-up, service, and close-down procedures across both venues
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and guest flow management
- Coordinate with kitchen teams for timely and consistent dish delivery
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, waste control, and inventory checks
- Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and personalised service
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee guest seating strategies to maximise comfort and efficiency
- Ensure all dietary requirements and special requests are met with care
- Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff on service standards and procedures
- Foster a positive, teamwork-focused environment
- Lead team briefings and daily task allocation

Qualifications

Requirements

- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service, ideally in a resort or hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
