We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Search Recruiter to lead senior and specialist recruitment initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a targeted recruitment strategy for senior and specialist roles.
* Partner with senior leaders to provide advice on market conditions, talent pipelines and alternative skills aligned to business forecast needs.
* Manage the whole recruitment process from sourcing strategy to negotiating offers.
* Build and maintain strong connections with senior professionals and passive candidates.
* Utilize data and market intelligence to develop reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with marketing and communications to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent in the civil construction space.
Requirements
* Ideal 10-15 years of experience in executive search/resourcing or internal talent acquisition focused on senior hires.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior professionals.
* Enhanced communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* A deep understanding of the infrastructure industry and leadership capabilities required to succeed in operational roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
