About the Role:
You will be responsible for a wide range of construction tasks, from the initial site establishment, through to project completion. Your focus will be on ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard, maintaining quality and safety throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Construction of new homes, custom renovations, and home extensions.
* Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools on-site.
* Maintain organisation and cleanliness on the job site.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
* Ensure work is completed within project timelines and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
* For Qualified Carpenters: Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent.
* For Apprentices: A passion for carpentry and an eagerness to learn.
* White Card (essential for on-site work).
* Valid Driver's Licence & Tax File Number.
* Great communication skills and the ability to work well independently.
* Honest, reliable, and prepared to tackle daily tasks with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and safely use tools.
