About the Service
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Enrolled Nurses to join the Casual Pool at Goulburn Base Hospital, providing safe, high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of clinical settings. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in different wards while supporting the hospital’s staffing needs. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses, you will contribute to the delivery of effective clinical care, support patient wellbeing, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must hold current Enrolled Nurse registration, demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing
The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people focused quality care.


Selection Criteria

* Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with evidence of recent clinical experience and skills in relation to the position, and a strong commitment to maintaining professional competence.
* Demonstrated effective professional verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
