Drive Innovation in Supportability Engineering
As a key member of our Maritime Sustainment business, you will be responsible for leading a team of supportability engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the Hobart Class DDG naval ships. Reporting to the Engineering Assurance Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in IPS/ILS supportability engineering and your leadership skills.

About You:
* Extensive experience in IPS/ILS or logistic engineering or supportability engineering with a strong background in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
* Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage an ILS engineering team and provide effective leadership, direction, and motivation to the team
* Excellent customer and subcontractor management skills, and the ability to influence and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of systems engineering, good problem-solving skills, and self-motivation
